Dr. Samir Deshmukh

Samir moved to Perth in 2018 and has since been working across public hospitals in WA.

Whilst at Geraldton Regional Hospital he worked in General Medicine, Surgery and Emergency Medicine. In addition, he has worked as a Neonatal Registrar at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Paediatric Registrar at Rockingham General Hospital. He is interested in all aspects of General Practice including Chronic Diseases, Child health & General Medicine.

Outside work he loves playing tennis, travelling and spending time with family.

Dr Shamim Noor

Dr Shamim Noor is an MBBS graduate since 2010. Dr Shamim has 3 years of working experience as an RMO in WA hospitals including Sir Charles Gardiner, Joondalup Health Campus and Fiona Stanley Hospital. She has worked in emergency medicine, Obstetric / Gynaecology , General medicine and Paediatrics.

Dr Shamim is very interested in all aspects of General Practice, focusing on women’s health, children’s health and chronic disease management. 

Dr Shamim is fluent in several languages including English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Pushto. She loves enjoying free time outdoors with her family.

Dr Faith Ndiso

Dr Faith completed her medical degree in Uganda in 2013 and moved back to her home country, Kenya, where she worked as a medical officer in different departments including paediatrics, obstetrics and internal medicine up until 2020.

Dr Faith relocated to Darwin, Australia in 2021 and  commenced as a general practitioner. She relocated to Australind in January 2024 and has joined the team at Leschenault Medical Centre.

Dr Faith has special interest in women’s and child health, chronic disease management and mental health areas.

She is fluent in English and Swahili. Dr Faith enjoys working outside and loves bike riding and travelling. 

Dr Evelyn Fletcher

Dr Fletcher obtained her medical degree at the University of Leuven in Belgium in 2010. She moved to Western Australia the same year and worked at SJOG Subiaco in various medical and surgical disciplines. In 2014 she moved to Bunbury with her family and has been working at Bunbury Regional Hospital in Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics and General Medicine.

After many years of hospital based work Dr Fletcher looks forward to finally following her career aspiration as a GP, getting to know her patients and their families and to provide a high standard of medical care and support. 

When not at work, Evelyn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She loves the ocean and the beach and enjoying the amazing outdoor lifestyle the South West has to offer.  

Dr Sowmya Shree

Dr Shree is originally from India and graduated from Mandya Insititue of Medical Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India.

Dr Shree has been working in Bunbury Regional Hospital since 2018. Over the past 4 years, she has worked in different specialties which included Paediatrics, General Medicine, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine. Sowmya has also obtained Emergency Medicine Certificate through the ACEM. 

Dr Shree has interest in all the areas of General Practice especially Acute Medicine, Paediatrics, Emergency Medicine and Chronic Disease Management. 

While not working , Sowmya enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Dr Tolu Soyingbe

Dr William Ng

Dr. William graduated from International Medical University in Malaysia in 2011. Worked in general practice there for at least 2 years.

He moved to Australia in 2017 and now calls WA home. He has worked in Joondalup Health Campus for 5 years has extensive experience in adult internal medicine, emergency medicine and intensive care, neonatology and paediatrics medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology and chronic disease management.

Dr. William is friendly, approachable, and loves to get to know his patients and their families. He is passionate about his work as a family GP and strives to provide high quality and patient focused care.

Dr Hein Gildenhuys

MBChB, MSc in Obstetrics and Gynocology, FRACGP

Dr Hein Gildenhuys takes great pride in the care of his patients.  He is an established and highly skilled General Practitioner with over 30 years experience in practice. 

He graduated as a medical practitioner in South Africa and migrated to Australia in 2004.   He obtained his Australian General Practice Fellowship in 2006.  Dr Gildenhuys has been practicing in the South West for the past 15 years.  

His interests and skills span the full GP spectrum including minor surgical procedures including circumcision and vasectomy.

Dr Gildenhuys is a keen mountain biker.  He also enjoys spending time with his family and in the outdoors. 

Dr Chris Lewis

Dr Chris Lewis attended the University of Cape Town for his medical degree, one the most beautiful places in the world and where Chris Barnard performed the first heart transplant. Exciting times.

After graduation Dr Lewis worked in rural practice in Zimbabwe, mainly in the farming communities. He also worked in South Africa, Zambia and Saudi Arabia.

Dr Lewis moved to Western Australia in 2003 to provide a secure future for his wife and three sons. His hobbies include birding, wildlife photography and gardening along with a fine wine or whiskey.

Dr Gert Myburgh

Dr Myburgh likes to cultivate long term relationships with patients and their family members. He has been in this region since 2011, has an established network with specialists and other health care workers and plans to stay here long term.

He graduated in 1994 in South Africa where he practiced as a GP for 15 years. He has completed the Australian GP Specialist examinations in Perth and obtained Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2012.
